SOSA Supplements ships orders from Germany via trusted fulfilment partners.
Shipping is currently available within Germany and Europe (EU mainland + Ireland).
If you are based outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via UPS Standard.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- Europe (EU mainland + Ireland): 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs
EU Standard Shipping: £9.99
Free shipping is available on orders over £150.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.
Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or did not arrive.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
