Refund policy
Overview
At SOSA Supplements, product safety, hygiene, and customer care are important to us. Due to the nature of food supplements, we operate a no-returns policy, with refunds or replacements offered where appropriate.
This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued and outlines your rights under UK consumer law.
No Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food supplement products.
Once food supplements leave our control, we cannot guarantee how they have been stored or handled. As such, returned supplements cannot be resold or reused.
This applies to both opened and unopened products.
When Refunds or Replacements Are Issued
We will offer a refund or replacement, at our discretion, in the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product
- Your order arrived damaged
- Your order was faulty or defective
- Your order did not arrive
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sosasupplements.com, including:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence where relevant
In most cases, a return will not be required, and we will resolve the issue directly with a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or did not arrive.
Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers generally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including food supplements.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
